In challenging times, it is important to take time: to reflect and recharge the battery.
The faster our outer world seems to become, the more it helps to keep our mind calm and focused. In this mindfulness retreat we spend time meditating and deepening our understanding of mindfulness. We will work on establishing this practice as a habit so that it will support us in our daily work life. This retreat is also an opportunity to connect with others. We will receive input and suggestions on how to find our place in the “new normal”.
This retreat will include mindfulness exercises and meditation, lectures, group discussions, light physical exercises and walks in nature. Part of the retreat will be in silence.

Due to the (COVID-19) Coronavirus restrictions remaining in place in the UK., we cannot plan or offer any Face 2 Face retreats at the moment in the UK.
As soon as the situation changes we will start planning and look forward welcoming you at one of our retreats.
Participation per person: 510 € plus 484 € (accommodation in single room, conference fee and meals)
