5 Days Retreat
To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders. – Lao Tzu

In challenging times, it is important to take time: to reflect and recharge the battery.

The faster our outer world seems to become, the more it helps to keep our mind calm and focused. In this mindfulness retreat we spend time meditating and deepening our understanding of mindfulness.  We will work on establishing this practice as a habit so that it will support us in our daily work life. This retreat is also an opportunity to connect with others. We will receive input and suggestions on how to find our place in the “new normal”.

This retreat will include mindfulness exercises and meditation, lectures, group discussions, light physical exercises and walks in nature. Part of the retreat will be in silence.

Retreat is a time for practice and contemplation.

It is a chance to get in touch with silence, to experience a sense of depth, and to gain perspective on the current activity of life in silence. Retreat time is by its very nature a time of contrasts – it offers perspective on who we are and what we are doing.
