The Inner Green Deal is an initiative to develop such leadership.
We support you, current and future leaders, in the process of inner growth and transformation so that you can act and take the decisions that lead to a society and an economy that works for all life on Earth.
The Initiative connects you to like-minded change makers and offers a range of short and long-term programs, both for you and your team.
We have deep expertise in systemic change, neuroscience and leadership and are supported by experts from the fields of climate research, economy and politics. All our programs are evidence-based.
Our goal is to build a thriving community of change makers who are committed to our planet and its inhabitants and who are brave enough to lead, regardless of the odds. The Inner Green Deal Initiative offers a range of short and long-term programs, for individuals, teams and communities.
Supported by facilitators with deep expertise in systemic change, neuroscience and leadership.
Inner Transformation for Outer Change – a Leadership Journey
Nothing changes, if we do not act. Same thoughts generate same results – therefore we need to start inside and change our mind so that our actions can change too.
A leadership journey begins with these key questions: “Who am I?”, “What is my deepest aspiration” and “What do I want to bring into this world”. A deep purpose acts both as an anchor and a guide. The way we connect with ourselves, with others and nature determines how we act in this world.
We offer one- to four-day experiences as well as a 12-month fellowship that includes an inner and an outer journey, on which likeminded leaders, social entrepreneurs and other change makers work together, enter into new partnerships and find their role in the ongoing transition towards a life-sustaining society.
Team Quest: Uncovering Collective Wisdom
How can a team ensure that its collective intelligence and wisdom is greater than the sum of its parts? Many organisations recognise that collective intelligence and wisdom—the capability of a group of people to solve complex problems and come to the right decisions—is important, now more then ever. But how to cultivate it? We offer teams and groups a deep journey in which they learn to listen to each other and to see the internal differences as a gift and a source of collective wisdom.
We offer half day intro sessions, one to four-day experiences in nature as well as longer journeys to help your team adjust to the new reality and be of service of all life on Earth.
Outcomes: more clarity, more alignment and more resilience to bring about the necessary change.
Community Engagement for Outer Action

We cannot change our society if we move alone. We need well functioning communities with a similar purpose to make change happen. We support leaders to practically engage with their communities. This hands-on program offers you the skills and tools to activate your community – whether you work for an organisation, a city, a school or another eco-system.
We offer intro sessions of one to three-hours, full online courses as well as mobile applications to engage your communities. App functionality includes a blend of content, exercises and community challenges to change group behavior.
Outcomes: skills, network and tools needed to be a successful changemaker.
