Weekend Retreat
“Digestion and Insight”
“To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders.” – Lao Tzu

The changes and challenges of the last months have touched all of our lives.

Our life, our work, our environment, our behavior, our cooperation, our values, our future plans … all areas of life have started to move. Partly landslide, sometimes long-awaited, for some a growth spurt, for others an overload, for some a great new beginning, for others a great threat. With such shake-ups come opportunities for deep insight, new understanding, and fresh perspectives to propel us forward in new ways.

Whatever is there takes time to think, process and clarify.

This retreat and inspiration is intended for all people who want to remain silent in a group (max. 28 participants), have a digital detox, conduct mindful dialogues, process changes and collect energy for the coming time. We follow a calm, clear structure that leads you to relaxation and offers space for everything that arises.
The retreat is led by one or two experienced mindfulness facilitators. This allows you to also have individual conversations in addition to the group practices. All weekend retreats will have a slightly different focus.

A retreat is a time for practice and contemplation.

It is a chance to make contact with silence, a sense of depth, and in stillness gain a perspective on the activity of life.  Retreat time is by its nature a contrasts – which provides perspective on who we are and what we do.
