David is a systemic solution-oriented coach and consultant. He has many years of experience in accompanying complex change processes. His focus is on sustainable culture change at the individual, team and organizational level, especially the establishment of a sustainable leadership culture. In addition, David is a trainer of the Trainers for Mindfulness in Organizations (TfMO) and offers individual coaching with a focus on leadership and change.

Why am I working for Awaris?
