Klemens accompanies leaders and teams through change. He combines elements of whole person facilitation, systemic coaching and facilitation, neurophysiology as well as mindfulness and meditation practices. Klemens has many years experience as managing director and board member in financial services, starting companies as liquidating them. He has an additional focus on sustainable finance and resiliency.
