Mindfulness and resilience are central to Tessa’s work. She supports individuals and companies  to strengthen their well-being, emotional intelligence, creativity and leadership – in the workplace as well as in private life.

Why am I working for awaris?

It’s exciting to support culture change that is about creating healthy systems in the workplace, as well as helping individuals to flourish. Awaris are the European leaders in this field and we adapt to the needs of each sector and company we are working with, which makes every project new and interesting.

  • Co-chair of the Mindfulness in the Workplace inquiry for the All Party Parliamentary Group for Mindfulness
