Since 2009, Awaris has had a clear mission: to strengthen the mental, emotional, and collaborative capabilities of people, teams and leaders in companies. We’re passionate about making organisations places for human and personal growth.

We focus on building resilient cultures – human-centric, positive and focused. For this we have developed a unique highly innovative approach to building skills and anchoring them in the flow of work for employees, teams and leaders.

A global team

75 trainers in 15 countries. This testifies to our cultural diversity and wide-ranging knowledge. Our global team of trainers is managed from our headquarters in Cologne and through our country organisations in Netherlands, UK, France, Switzerland, China, Colombia, Canada and Mexico.   In an average year we typically work in 15 languages for our clients.  Our client portfolio is broadly diversified across pharmaceutical, technological, automotive, financial and process industries.
