Extensive research shows that mindfulness practices promote health, well-being, employee satisfaction, creativity, and leadership. For example, recent research has shown that embedding mindfulness at work is the most effective intervention to support mental health in the workplace. (NICE Review March 2022).
We know that mindfulness at work helps employees relax and be present. But the deeper effectiveness of mindfulness at work is much more profound. It helps us recognise how mind, body, and emotion interact.
We’ll teach individuals how to regulate important aspects of their mental and emotional state. This includes the ability to relax, concentrate, and rebalance their emotions. We recognise that recharging and reflecting on our own experiences is more important than ever in the modern workplace.
Mindfulness at work is effective. But like physical exercise, it doesn’t work if we just talk about it. It needs regular practical practice. For this reason, our “Mindfulness in Business” training programmes are a balanced mix of neuroscience, practicing techniques, and integrating them into employees’ daily lives.
