We’re evidence-based and driven by our own in-house research. Our mission is to develop innovative surveys, providing razor-sharp insights to companies, teams, and individuals. To do this, we continuously update our surveys and adapt them to client needs. We work closely with research partners and publish our findings in blogs, journals, and master theses. OUR TRAINING PROGRAMMES PAY OFF
Our interventions are cost-effective*. They have a high impact on well-being. On average staff mental and social well-being improves by 22% as a result of training with Awaris. High improvements in well-being influence employee satisfaction. They also reduce costs incurred through sickness absence. Therefore, the corresponding return on investment amounts to an average of £1,045 per participant – taking into account all personnel and financial costs.

IMPACT ASSESSMENTS
Our learning and development programmes can be analysed quantitavely. We offer pre– and post-program assessment that can be completed anonymously and are GDPR compliant. Individual, team and organisation-wide reports allow participants and companies to see how effective the training is.
Examples of our elaborate measurements include well-being, performance, perceived stress and attention in hight-risk organisations.
TRAINING EVALUATION
We allow participants to give feedback on our courses. We record participants’ satisfaction with various aspects of the training and subjectively perceived changes they noticed during and after the course.
COST-EFFICIENCY MEASUREMENTS
We allow organisations to measure the cost-effectiveness of a training. To do this, we use a tool from the What Works Wellbeing Initiative.
