We understand mindfulness in depth. We’re convinced that truly integrated and intensive learning is hard to find. On this basis, we’ve developed a successful learning concept: the combination of self-directed online learning and live events.
Our social learning platform and Awaris app are available to you anytime and anywhere. Do you want to intensify mindfulness-based exercises or micro-practices for everyday work? Or are you interested in in-depth articles, videos, podcasts, or personal exchanges with your learning group? Our online platforms give you access to all of this and more. They allow you to progress at your own pace.
Learning from and with others. We ensure that participants also meet in person during their intensive learning journey. Numerous live webinars or face-to-face workshops are available for this. We know the power of group learning.

The Awaris app perfects blended learning
The Awaris app is an integral part of your mindfulness learning journey. It supports, deepens, and anchors you and your team’s work on our programmes. The app combines classical and virtual teaching, for blended learning. The advantages include:

- All participants can track their individual learning progress
- The app is suitable both for joint learning sessions and individual micro-practices
THE APP IS VOLUNTARY, ANONYMOUS, AND 100% DATA PROTECTION COMPLIANT
The Awaris app meets data protection and security requirements. It never collects email addresses or names, allowing participants to remain anonymous. This also applies for those conducting scientific research via the app.
The Awaris app has successfully passed the relevant approval processes for each of our clients. We accompany you during the approval process and for the implementation of the app. Our team of specialists is at your disposal for the customisation and further development of the app – always in compliance with data protection regulations. App use is voluntary and anonymous. Those who choose not to use it could still benefit from our courses.
