Sandrine GOUALLIER

Development Director France, Facilitator and Coach

Born in 1972, Sandrine spent 20 years of her career in international corporate businesses (and more specifically in Information Technology) leading change management initiatives, process redesign & business transformation as well global accounts service management. She worked with teams in the US, Europe, Eastern Europe, India and Asia.
She practices yoga and meditation since 2007.

Why am I working for Awaris?
 Meeting Liane, Chris and Stéphane has been a wonderful experience and a true meeting of hearts and minds! I joined awaris because of the warmth, generosity, inspiration, authenticity of its people and their purpose to create a sustainable future and their approach firmly anchored in the conviction that performance is optimised only if employees feel safe, valued, and accepted in the workplace. Sandrine joined awaris France as Development Director in September 2023.
