A senior trainer with many years of experience in business, as well as in mindfulness, Stéphane brings together neurosciences and mindfulness-based interventions to help leaders combine performance and care. Having founded his own company before, Stéphane is the founder of Awaris France.

Why am I working for Awaris?
 Because I have been practicing meditation for 27 years and it has had an extremely beneficial impact on my professional life and I want to share it with others. Stéphane is part of the Awaris team since 2015.
