Three examples

We’ve served over 200 clients worldwide and work on around 500 projects per year. Our clients are at the centre of everything we do. Their learning, development, and transformation is what drives us.

Ikea Switzerland: Train the trainer

From 2020 onwards , IKEA Switzerland began integrating mindfulness into its training programme – initially as a pilot project for managers in the Zurich store. It was so successful that our Mindfulness Champions Train the Trainer programme drove more mindfulness initiatives at IKEA in the country. What’s more, it received an award for innovative HR projects in Switzerland.

Hilti: Enriched corporate culture through greater resilience

Hilti wanted to support its employees in the face of high competitive pressure, and stress in their jobs and private lives. We designed a two day program for all 30,000 team members worldwide, focused on balancing habits of performance with habits of care. It focused on how collective intelligence and high performance emerge when people take care of themselves, each other, and work on promoting a team culture.  This was rolled out globally with the support of the Awaris App.

Bosch: A transformative  leadership campus

Awaris helped the Bosch Automotive Electronics division develop is leadership pathway including mind body practices over a period of six years. This included aspects such as emotional intelligence, awareness, empathy, and agility in the volatile modern world. More than 2,000 employees participated. Due to its success, the Campus Unlimited programme was created. This saw participants put the experiences from the Leadership Campus into practice through self-organisation.
