At Awaris, we help develop leaders. And in doing so, ensure leaders are resilient and that collaboration succeeds and businesses flourish.

We build their mental, emotional, and collaborative skills, so they can lead and work with teams effectively.  We firmly believe integrating mind and body practices into trainings helps develop leaders. Such practices form a key part of our leadership programmes, helping leaders encounter themselves and others clearly, in the present.  

The following are some of the formats we have developed.

Today’s leaders operate in an extremely fast-paced, complex world. What do managers need to do to meet these challenges with confidence? How should they deal with stress and recharge their batteries? How can they remain balanced, focused and productive in turbulent times?

Our LeadersMind leadership training programme has some of the answers. We offer leadership training which boosts leaders’ emotional presence and resilience, while helping them think in structured ways.

Many leaders rely on thinking and performance management approaches that are outdated and do not serve the purpose of building empowered, resilient and learning teams. Our “Performance and Care” leadership development course focuses specifically on rethinking outdated performance myths and anchoring new habits of performance AND care in leadership. And in doing so, contributing to sustainable business outcomes.

Sustainability in business is no longer just a topic of discussion. It’s now a must for most organisations. Awaris’ Climate Leadership Programme helps drive change towards more business and environmental sustainability.

A sustainable transformation needs to overcome not just technical obstacles, but obstacles in mindsets and behaviour. Our Climate Leadership programme helps change mindsets and inspire sustainable competencies. The foundation for the programme is awareness. This builds inner qualities such as compassion, capacity for action, and awareness of climate challenges.

There is a connection that we all intuitively know but often forget. Leaders who do not consciously take care of their own resilience cannot support others and lead for resilience. And a leaders style has a strong impact on stress levels in their team. In this program we support leaders with individual HRV assessments and coaching to significantly shift their own leadership habits and help them anchor experiments with their teams – to build shared resilience into their culture.

Leading with feeling and clarity is the prerequisite for successful transformation in the company.
