The process:
1. Meeting
Contact us to arrange an introductory conversation. We’ll take the time to fully understand your challenges and goals. We walk you through our offerings and similar case studies relating to your current situation.
2. Outline and analyse requirements
Outline what your current challenges and goals are. Together we’ll discuss the nature of the situation, the target group, and measures needed to assess the effectiveness of the training. We will then develop appropriate timelines to roll out our tailored training interventions.
We evaluate all programmes, to ensure our interventions are effective. Helping you understand what’s worked and where there’s room for improvement so the tailored training programme can be improved in the future.
3. Receive offer. Co-creation begins
Following our discussions, you’ll receive a tailored training proposal from us. It sums up your challenges and goals, the format of the tailored training programme, the testing methods we’ll use, the content, and accompanying digital learning support. You’ll also receive an estimate of the costs of the course.
If you proceed with an Awaris tailored training programme, we’d also run through a 1-2 day co-creation process finalising our offer. After the implementation of the programmes, we come together and analyse the impact.
