That’s why we offer pre-training screenings, as well as pre- and post-assessments for our programmes. We also develop customised surveys for our clients, which are anonymous. All participants or teams receive an individual progress report following the training.
In the reports, the following questions are answered:

- Do they deal with challenges (e.g. workload) differently?
- Is stress reduced and is the participant more resilient?
- Has the focus of the participants been improved?
- Is there more emotional, social, and psychological well-being?
