Resilience is the second most important job skill of the future – as identified in the 2025 future of work report.  We see resilience as a trainable and measurable skill – or rather set of skills.

A large-scale resilience training programme

The Resilience Academy offers an engaging and individualized pathway to strengthen resilience across your workforce. Grounded in 12 evidence-based skills—such as emotional regulation, sleep, social connection, and purpose—participants learn to move skillfully through stress, growth, regeneration, and letting go.

A resilience self-assessment to start the journey

All participants can take part in an insightful resilience self assessment which gives them an understanding of their stressors and their resilience skills – and which ones need strengthening.  Based on this self-assessments, participants can select a pathway of curated digital microlearning, live masterclasses, and expert-led workshops,  and in doing so adapt their learning to different roles and needs. Whether for hundreds or thousands of employees, the Academy helps build a shared culture of resilience.
